It seems to me that there is something Mysterious about Art. The History of Art is closely connected with Philosophical Ideas of the time. And in this book we are going to scrutinize the way in which Philosophical Ideas have been expressed in Art from Antiquity to the Present Day. We are going to visit a lot of cities - Rome, Florence, Munich, Barcelona, Berlin, Riga, Tallinn, Prague, Helsinki, Stockholm, St.Petersburg ... That is to say, we are going to Travel throughout the Whole History of Humanity, and I hope that at the end of our Journey we will know more not only about Art, but also about ourselves.





"The History of Music in Aesthetic Dimension"


This book, the idea of which appeared when I was writing my previous research on the creativity of A. Scriabin, is treating the subject of the reconstruction of the History of Music in Aesthetic Dimension in the context of the other branches of Art – Painting, Sculpture, Architecture, Theater. We will travel through time, discover the specifics of different styles and époques, get acquainted with prominent scientists and artists, and find out what the essence of Beauty is.

This book is dedicated to the creativity of Alexander Scriabin – one of the most mysterious composers of the 20th century. The width of his interests (Music, Theosophy, Pedagogy, Performance) corresponds to the importance of his concept of the Recreation of the World using the Power of Art. Not only will we follow the trajectory of his way to Beauty, but we will also come to a much fuller understanding of his Musical and Aesthetic Concept.
